Pastoral Manager
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Salary: Grade C (£35,412 – £44,075 FTE, pro rata depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our committed team.
We are looking for a passionate Pastoral Manager who can demonstrate the following:
• Has experience of supporting children’s emotional health, behaviour, and wellbeing in a school or similar setting
• Demonstrates a nurturing, restorative approach to supporting pupils and families
• Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Understands safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
• Is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children
• Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the wider school community
• Previous experience of working in a Pastoral Role
• Previous experience of working within the remit of Designated Leader for Child Protection
